Here you will find a selection of our delicacies, which will delight the finest of palates. Fruit-, almond-, marshmallow-centres, and many more, coated in scrumptious milk, dark or white chocolate. The Adam family
For over a century, Confiserie Adam has produced its sugar-coated almonds and chocolates in Herrlisheim near Colmar. An Alsatian Confectionery in all its traditional splendour, the small factory has since grown and now exports its wares to over 40 countries.
The recipe for this success is based on three staple ingredients: the quality of our raw materials, the know-how of our sweet makers and chocolatiers and our ongoing research and development. Not forgetting our most important ingredient – you! More and more of you are putting your trust in us and are appreciating our Alsatian Confectionery. Thank you.

Know-how
Tradition, know-how and creativity are some of the values on which Confiserie Adam has built its renown. Our facilities have been located in Herrlisheim since 1912 and today cover approximately 5000 m². Our innovation is forever ongoing: new recipes, new product ranges, new production tools, all the while respecting the traditional methods we have used for over a century. Thanks to constant innovation, our production of Alsatian Confectionery has today reached over 600 tonnes per year and is still growing year on year. Today our Confiserie Adam range consists in 4 product families: dragées (sugar-coated sweets), chocolate-coated sweets, candies, and last but not least an Organic range.
